Bad service at Fn

On the 23rd of November 2012, R1650 was with drawn out of my account, with out my consent, this money that has been from me, has yet to be paid out to me! it has been 6 weeks and still nothing, every week when i follow up the investigation, they tell me the friday in the week, i will receive my money, this is very very poor service by First National Bank, i am a student, and need my money, every cent counts!
