On 24th November 2012 my car was involved in an accident on the R80 highway near Wonderpark. I called in on the Monday to report the incident and I was assigned to a consultant by the name of Lindiwe. The lady supported and counselled me in regard to the damage of my car and I felt better after I had spoken to her. This lady went an extra mile in informing me about the progress of the claim without hassle. At one stage I wrote a complaint on Hellopeter about my dissatisfaction with a certain lady who was rude. I thought that Lindiwe would also be rude and cold but she was warm and level-headed. You need personnel like her to take your company forward.
I want you to know that I'm very pleased with the quality of service Budget Insurance provides currently. I sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and the way you conduct business. I have recommended Budget to others because of my satisfaction with your service. I give praise where it is due and throw tantrums when dissatisfied. I'm looking forward to doing business with you for years to come.
