I was involved in a car accident with one of Budget insurance client, as a third party i was sceptical of claiming from them due to history about 3rd paryt claims
but the service i received from them was one of the best, from the 1st call i made to them... i was followed up by one of their attorneys who constantly reminded me of the essential documents i have to provide... whio guided me throughout the whole process of claiming, even during the assessment in Durban i received a quality service... everything was explained in simpler terms for understanding and advices provided where needed
When i was waiting for my car during assessment, i had one of the best service from the receptionist, who welcomed me with a smile and accepted me with warm hands... she does more for client satisfaction... she makes sure that all the clients are satisfied and comfortable while waiting for their assessments.. i say big up to her service..
