I have tried over 5 times to obtain my membership card and welcome pack from legalwise.
The call centre agents do answer the call professionally and recently found out that they have not done correct data capturing on my contact details.
I did receive an email with an agent informing me the docs would be mailed via a courier service but alas it has been 3 weeks and still no delivery. It is now 4 months since my initial call to get my docs.
It is really disturbing to note that if the call centre cannot get simple tasks of these nature correct then will LegalWise be able to provide a high quality service when I truly need them?
