Taking money from my bankaccount without my Permis

I was contacted by canie van Vuuren and she offer me Insurance with Auto & General. She gave me the quote and I then informed her that I need to Cancel my other Insurance. I went back to her inform her that my insurance want a notice month well as my Home loan as I need to complete forms and ceded it to time. She understands and confirm in a email that she will put a hold and we will then start with the policy on the 1st of May. This was all done in 2 days. Then on the 2nd of April an amount or R2159.34 was taken from my bank account. (R6.00) bank charges. I have immediately reported this. I have been promised a refund for the last 7 days and still no money. I am phoning, been keep on hold, manager Phillip Barnard suppose to phone me back. Telephone lines out all excuses. I received the 3r Of April a ref number 4325080 still no refund. my ID 5911220090081 - Please I do not want to deal with you. and now after I send my bankstatement to be informed they do not have proof that the money was not reversed. 23 minutes later stil no help. can this been resolved I WANT MY MONEY TODAY. TODAY TODAY
