POOR | SHOCKING AND PATHETIC SERVICE

Wish to highlight the poor shoddy service which I am receiving from Chante Davis a non motor adjuster at Santam.
Since inception of the claim she assisted me and to date this claim is still pending. Almost 1 week now. Cannot see myself having to get use to such poor service from a Insurance Giant like Santam.
She keeps saying emails have been forwarded to parties, but does not pick up the phone to call. When I asked did she throws the case back at the Broker saying it is their fault. I am the paying client and cannot get caught up in the mudslinging matches that they playing. All I want is my claim to be settled.
She also accepted an incorrect Quote without VAT from the Contractor, but she and the contractor told me in my house they are 20years in this "game", what game were they playing where calculations are done incorrectly. When I speak to Chante she is rude, obnoxious and blatantly non client centric towards me.
I want this matter resolved asap as I cannot go two weeks with this inconvenience. Very BAD experience I am having with Santam.
