PAID UP ACCOUNT BUT NOT UPDATED @ ITC

I paid my account in full but they have failed to update this at Transunion Credit and the other credit bureau's. This has obstructed me to get credit.

Please fix this and send me proof that it has been done or i will take matters further as you did.
