Also i questioned the fact of not giving anyone my banking details and agreeing to the amount, they told me they will confirm if it was my voice. Outsurance staff all i ask is the recordings of those calls by end of next week, failure to do so, you leave me no choice but to take the matter further, if i have to include media like SpeakOut i shall do so.
