I really appreciated Outsurance's prompt response & assistance. I asked for a quote via their website and got a phone call straight away. When I wanted to speak to my partner about it first they gave me a day as requested and called me on the day I had specified. They were able to adjust their premium to suit my pocket and I am very happy to be embarking on a business relationship with Outsurance. I got a quote from another insurance company although I got a prompt call back - I am still awaiting the emailed quote that was promised two days ago. This only further proves that I have chosen wisely due to Outsurances prompt emails & calls. Thank you Rui for giving such excellent service! :)
