I am still waiting on delivery since July - I have submitted all documents, payments as requested and keep getting the run around. I have just about had enough with this disgusting service. Nandi does not have the decency to reply to my mail let alone return my calls. I was asked to make a payment of R3200 which I did over two weeks ago but she has failed to provide me with a receipt as requested. Makes you wonder if that money really went where she claimed it would. All credibility by DHL has been lost in my eyes. Should I not receive my goods by TOMORROW, I will take this matter up with every media house I can go to, after which DHL and its incompetent employees will be reported to the Consumer Council - I don't appreciate being robbed and not provided with legitimate receipts.
DHL ought to wake the up or shut down if they intend running their company so patheticly.
