I used to laugh it off when my friends told me to switch banks because ABSA has horrible service, well ABSA you have changed my mind...
I am currently out of the country for a few months and accidentally blocked my internet banking, To reactivate it I was told to contact [Email Removed] as I can't go into a branch. I have been waiting a month and still don't have access to my account. It takes the person on the other side almost three days to respond every time I send an e-mail!! I can't believe that your service can be of such a low quality and you still survive.
I am in a different unfamiliar country and have no access to my own hard-earned money for almost a month now due to your incompetence!
