They dont want to refund me

I have been paying bayport from 2011 through garnishee, the amount is R349.00. To my surprise ion February this year I received another garnishee from them demanding same monthly payment of R349.00.
I escalated this to tell them that I have been paying them since 2011, and gave them both reference numbers and even emailed both proof of garnishee. I told them I need refund of my money that was paid to them in February because this id duplicate.

This is the second week waiting for response from them, I reminded them this week but up to this day i didn't hear a word from them. What I need is a refund and am suprised why Kagiso is not responding to my emails.
