POOR SERVICE

We recently purchased one of the Spar outlets in Paarl. We approached our bankers to install their Speed Points, etc., and up to date the total operation is a complete mess. We have on numerous occasions reported the mal-functions of the speed point devices to the various role players and needless to say, that after a month we are still unable to provide the services to our customers.
It is most embarrassing to constantly explain to our customer base that our bankers are unable to provide the agreed services.
We have no alternative now as to consider changing bankers.
