This is the third time that I am logging the same complaint. The previous occasion, I thought it was resolved as I was advised that no further bank charges would be debited on my credit card. Yet I see that these charges are still applicable. This is unacceptable. Please resolve. I'm not even sure how far back these charges relate to. I was of the understanding and the consultant advised me that no charges would be applicable on the Titanium card for inter account or third party transfers.
