I have been with FNB for the past 25 years, and have always been loyal to the brand, but as the years have gone by FNB's service has deteriorated. FNB has NEVER financed a house or any purchase, I own several properties and own two businesses, just goes to show even a bad bank should not keep you down.
The reason for this complaint is the reluctance of the staff, the lack of service and down right arrogance.
The brand advices how they can help you, this is false, as the relationship mangers don't even know their own products. The Futura investment cost a lot of consumers thousands because of bad information from the bank.
The bank forgets its the little man that keep the doors open. Treat us like clients and not as if your doing us a favour.
I would appreciate it if the Bank contacts me, then I can put the facts on the table.
