Solar Primeg - Disgusting service/bad attitude

I had a R 25 000, 300L solar geyser installed by Solar Primeg in Aug 2012. During installation the technicians ran amok in my house. 8 months later the timer unit failed, Solar Primeg blamed it on a "lightning strike, " which is utter rubbish. Service department is rude. Most recent incident on 5/07/13, service team was meant to come out to my place to adjust temp settings because the system was not providing adequate hot water for 2 people. The team never arrived. This was not the first incident where the service team has left me hanging. Peter Moodley, the company owner, then contacted me, did not apologise for his company's lack of commitment and was extremely rude and belligerent over the phone. When I expressed my disappointment with service I had received thus far, as well as his attitude, he started yelling at me, "Don't threaten my business! " He then hung up on me and contacted my father (I am a 26 year old adult btw), who also has a Solar Primeg system, to complain that I was being difficult. I wrote to him and outlined all my concerns with his system and the service I received from him and his company, to which he he refused to respond except to threaten me with lawyers
