I sent sms to client tel after seeing their advert on news paper regarding funeral cover they have.1st thing that raised the interest was R50 000 cover for as little as R1 every member covered everyday. An agent (male) responded to my sms, he called me on a public holiday 1 April 2013.I didn't like the way he spoke with me, he was disrespectful and rude. Which made me wonder if indeed their calls are recorded The real problem started when agent quoted R10 000 cover for me and I said the premium is high, he quoted R15 000
, i said is high, because i have Momentum one for R50 000 and am paying less, in a rude way he told me Momentum doesn't have benefits that they have, at that point I was surprised what benefits because the only thing he did was to do quotation for me, he never explained the benefits for me. I told him that, he asked me if I didn't read the news paper.
The agent was shouting at me and told me to stick with momentum and hanged up on me.

After he hanged up on me, I was so down, felt small and more over regret taking his call on Human Rights Day, only to be undermined and disrespected like that. Was I wrong to say tthe premium is high. At the end of the day I didn't get the satisfactio
