I have been overcharged this month to the amount of R861 on my debit order (exactly why I don't like debit orders in the first place)
After phoning to start my hoop jumping for someone else's mistake, I discovered that insurance has been added without my permission to an existing financed car which I have already had for two years.
Your error results in me not having enough money to pay other people and my credit record going bad.
Please note the following:
1) I have had a car financed for two years already with ABSA
2) Dealers do not release cars when sold without proof of insurance. YOUR ARGUMENT IS INVALID.
3) Even if a notification was sent out, silence does not equate to permission.
I am not prepared to fax or email anything to the affect of proof of insurance and you can quite easily do the inquiry with my insurer (Mutual and Federal) yourselves.
I expect a resolution today please. I want my money back.
Please stop causing inconvenience, bad credit rating and loss of faith in you as an institution by shoddy implementation and assumptions!
I have already phoned ABSA and then again AIP and left a message for Clifford but have had no response.
I need my money!
