Standard Bank must be the worst company I have ever had to deal with... quick to get you on board but from then onwards expect the worst. Call centre useless, supervisors useless prestige bankers useless having spoken to 6 different people over 10 days and nobody knows what the is going on. All I get told is just wait 24h it will be fixed, 10 days later still nothing! USELESS
I have tried the facebook option, call centre spoke to mtombi, herman, jabu and Godfrey and the superviser mashudu all of which were of no help...
I need my access bond account sorted out I have put money in and the system tells me I have funds available but when I try and transfer I get an error. I need the money to make payments.
