Protecting what important to them

On Sunday 31st of March I ran into a pothole which damaged 2 wheels at the same time. I called mutual for assistance and they assigned "Life tow" to come assist. There was never I claim number provided and I was left to find my way home. Tuesday my car was delivered to Brooklyn panel beaters Pretoria therefore we started making calls for insurance assistance. I spent 6 hours trying to get assistance from the claims department which told me that someone who deals with my kind of claims wasn't at work and they can't assist me now. Wednesday, I went to their office whereby I person named Donavan (0113742663) promised to send a person to assess my car at the penal beaters on Thursday. Today (Thursday 04/04) I made another call only to find out there hasn't't been anyone assigned to assess my car. My car is still waiting, I haven't received proper service as yet. I have waited almost R350 on airtime trying to get someone to assist me. A couple of time a had people hanging up on me, arguing with me and ignoring my calls. Each time I had someone answering, I was routed somewhere else until I went to their office in JHB myself
