I applied for a personal loan and going threw also the necessary steps my loan was approved, I only have one problem regarding because the following message I received,
' Your loan has been approved but don't rush out and spend it just yet - we're still busy confirming one or two things. Our systems are just checking a few extra details and then the cash will be winging its way to your account. If we happen to have any problems, one of our customer service team will be in touch."
THIS HAPPENED A WEEK AGO BUT UNTIL NOW I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE LIKE THEY SAY THEY WILL BE IN TOUCH, VERY DISAPPOINTING.
IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT NEW CUSTOMERS?? I SUGGEST THAT YOU PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH
