I've been dealing with Auto & General regarding a claim for several months now.
Everytime its me who has to do the follow up to see whats going on.
I've had promises that someone would contact me several times, but they seem to forget.
Now I try e-mail the person I was in contact with and get no response.
I e-mail their online support address and get no response.
They are however very good at pushing my premium up every year.
