I'd like to express my disgust with the service I've received from African Independent Insurance Brokers. I had my premium reduced recently and when the debit order went out from my account, i noticed a separate amount of R200 was debited. When I contacted the consultant I was told that there was an error made and I need to get a refund done. No one got back to me regarding this issue. When I called back the next day, the consultant put me through to another department. The consultant then told me that someone will get back to me, which has not happened.
