Hi

I recently repaid a loan successfully however am not able to borrow again, despite proof from the bank that the money was collected. As well as a confirmation SMS from yourselves. Can this please be rectified as soon as possible. On my account it still shows as unpaid. I also had no response to an email that was sent at the beginning of March with regard to the wrong repayment date being set on the loan of the 25/3/13 when it was supposed to be 1/4/13. I consider that bad customer service and the call center agent i spoke to didnt seem like she wanted to help. I sent 2 emails today to collections and customer care and am yet to get a response.
