I was contacted by a lady called Bhavna to take out an extended service plan on my car, at the time I was told that there needs to be 5 (or as they now claim they told me 4 months) payments made to liquid capital before i can take my vehicle in for its service, she also told me that if I wanted to I could make the 5 payments sooner to take the vehicle in sooner. at the time i did not have the money to make the 5 payments up front, I called last week to ask her how much i needed to pay in order to bring it up to the 5 payments so that i could take my vehicle in and she said the service plan was already active. i took the vehicle in this morning and got a call from hyundai to say that liquid capital are not authorising it because its at 110000km and the service i booked is 105000km so i told them that i was told to wait had i not had to wait it would not have been at 110000km i am payig for it and they are not going to do the service and then when i cancel they want me to wait 21days for a refund.
Customer service is non existant they are dead set against just authorising the service rather than keeping the client happy.
I have spent almost 1 hr on the phn with no luck
