I received an sms to collect me new bank card. After phoning them asking to forward the card to JHB and following up on my call a few days later, no reply back from them. Phoned last week again and send them an email, I'm still waiting for somebody to get back to me. I have send an email to them again this morning but are now REALLY that nobody is getting back to me. Soon my card will expired and then who's fault is it going to be?
