I appealed the decision to decline the loan application and I sent all the information in last thursday. I have not got any feedback as yet, I expected the system to tell me what I qualify for I was not sure how the boodle rating worked and aplied for that amount as I have the highest boodle. I was declined on affordability I sent all the documentation in that was requested more than a week ago. I have used the service in the past and never had any issues. I would have thought if they did not think I could afford the highest amount why was my ranking at that level.
