Bending backwarrds not to help

On the 18/03.2013 I was involved in a 5 car pileup, 4 car left lane and me in Right lane, car A read end car B which in turn push car C into Car C, which cause car A moved out of lane to right and hid me on the left hand side.
Now the fun start with me and Outsurance,
Call the call centre and, and, and what a cold rude no competence agents. Can't speak most probably bending backward not to assist,
I ask to speak to somebody else as Me and her where not going to get on!!! she refuse and I say I going to drop the call whereby she wish me to do it... well so I did.
So next call, nice guy but by now he understand my mood and most probable bending forward as backward was not going to help,
Helpful but had to put me on hold as he did not know the legal side and had to ask questions. Fair, Now I will get a call back from { the back Benders}

So I call back to OT and back benders confirm I get a call back, well well one day later OT call with all their legal stuff.
Option 1 I claim against my cover and loss out Bonus but can recover maybe the access, {Bending back ward to pay}
In my eyes it's the the guy from behind and he should pay and as we both with OT why do I need to pay access a
