Phoned 20 Dec 2013 @ 13h33 to number provided advising them to change the date of payment as this arrangemebt above was not suitable financially. Was told that it is not possible to change it for the next paymenbt and I must make sure the funds are available otherwise I am penalised with interest rates. Considering that the FNB Credit Card division penalises for late paymenbts between 36-60 % on the TOTAL amount outstanding - and hide this under "interest" in your e-mailed or printed statements _ what will they be making in interest from their helpless clients whom they are pebalising due to a public holiday!! Good heavens!!!! Just to keep one in debt. Well I insisted they lodge an official complaint due to UNFAIR PRACTICES - they should take payment a day later if they have problems with operation procedures over a public holiday! Well I provided my ID number and my cell and they recongnized neither... Of course they didn't lodge the complaint...
