Get your Internet portal to WORK!

For some bizarre reason, I still like ABSA. But the internet features with Internet banking has truly gone wonky recently. You can't send an Immediate EFT, there are TWO versions where the newer one is worse than the older one. When you call the Call Centre there are a myriad of numbers and NO-ONE picks up. When you email the email address attached to the webpage, you get a boiler plated response and NO help!

There are products we'd like to exercise e.g. CC's, new business account etc. - then we get the run around or better yet the vetters it up. Please - and I mean it with the greated respect - PLEASE get this sorted! Don't re-invent the wheel - just "Keep it Simple Stupid" as we like to manage our money, not be frustrated by the bank that holds it for us!
