It is not everyday that one pens down positives about an experience when dealing with a bank or banker for that matter. But I would like, for the first time in many months, thank a banker for exceptional service. Miss Lesego Radiokana, Complaints Resolution Officer at Nedbank, assisted me with my query. She could have easily referred the matter to the relevant department, but she chose not to. She ensured that I do not have to speak to another person again.
