I had some problems with my insurance with Budget. After lodging a complaint on this site, Crystal Vollenhoven came back to me and promised to resolve my issue. A month later the matter was still unresolved and i was on the verge of cancelling my insurance with Budget. Malcolm Pillay then phoned me and said he would assist in resolving this matter. This gentleman is a star. He phoned back when he said he would. Whenever i sent him an e-mail, re would reply prompty. If he wasnt able to answer he would get back to me as soon as he had the relevant information and he just bent over backwards to help me. He is really the personification of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE!!! I hope the company appreciates him, because he is the only reason i didnt switch to another insurance company.
