I am not a client of Outsurance, but I called 086 600 60000 on Monday 25 March 2013 requesting a quote on household and motor vehicle insurance. After supplying my contact details and details of my vehicles and total household cover, the Indian gentleman who answered my call promised to call me back at 7pm that evening. As at yet he still has not responded. Totally unacceptable. Leaning over backwards? What a joke!
