I went into the branch for a quick upping of my monthly limit on my cheque. Got there, put my name on the register and was told to sit.

There were very few people, in fact it was me and two other guys waiting to be called.
After an hour of waiting and complaining that the service is ridiculously slow, I was told that they will call the teamleader, but after waiting another 15 min for the teamleader, I left without being helped at all...

I cannot believe that our service is lacking this much in our country.
