In june last year i was unexpectellitly retrenched from my company (which subsiquintly ruled in my favour by the DRC). At my age I did the right thing and explained all to my branch plus submitting all relevant documents for my insurance claim against my personal loan ..last thursday the amount of 3696 was just taken from my FNB account without my knowledge or concent (my little bit i have to look after my wife and kids) NOW I HAVE PHONED 6 TIMES AND EVEN CALL BACK AND GUESS WHAT? WE DONT CARE!!! Please can you ask them to explain how they can dig into my personal account without concent, i am sure that is against the law... can you please help me as I am now helped by the MOST incompetent people one can wish for! where do you suggest i go from here... lawyers... how can small fish fight the big ones...
