I am seriously disappointed at the service I continuosly receive at your branch in Tsakane Mall. I have complained before to the Branch Manager and received no apology. I had stood in for service for an hour 15minutes. The following day I went back and the doors were not opened at 09:15. Today I went to print out my bank statement and i waited fo 40minutes. Your ATMS did not have money... I complained, they looked at us as if we are being impossible. This is ridiculous because even if its quite, the queus are still long, no proper planning when it comes to staffing. FNB Tsakane Mall is a sinking ship. And please dont call me for a simple apology, fix the situation...
