My husband phoned Budget asking for a quote on his Opel Astra. He decided not to go with it. Now we find out that they have been deducting premiums from his bank account, for MY car! (Which is a honda jazz) How did they even get my cars details, and how can they deduct premiums from an individual who did not choose their product?!? We have e-mailed them, no reply. When we phone they say they will call us back but they don't. We want our money back!
