My geyser was replace less than a month ago with it was a pain dealing with ABSA. On Saturday evening we had no hot water again. Called the call centre and got told that I must wait as they do not sit at home like me and no one is available to assist. I was on the phone from 07H00 on Sunday morning and gave up at 15h30.
I still waiting for a electrician to get to my house.
It is great to have insurance until you want to use it!!!
