Then, sadly, it all fell apart. My "reward", is qualifying for life insurance, at a cost between R40-80 a month... Wow, aren't I lucky...
You want to reward loyalty, A&G... Offer realistic premiums, mine has increased 10% year on year, whilst my vehicle value depreciated. You want to offer value, offer a no claim bonus as many of your competitors do... You want respect, have honest people with honest intentions do your cold-calling..
You want to keep my business, have a consultant contact me, and re-evaluate my insurance, and offer me a reduced rate based on my vehicle value, thats how you show loyalty...
I eagerly await your response, as I'm sure your competitors do my business, should it not happen..
