My car was on the Saturday morning and my claim was finalized the Wednesday! I'm grateful to Wilhelm Swanepoel the assessor for his swift response and accuracy in getting my claim settled. A big thank you to Mukhtaar Said for being so kind as to put my policy on "hold" till I get my new car and for advising me on the best path to take regarding my policy.
