Do you know how difficult it is to get your money from Alexander Forbes. They cannot pay my wife money into our bank account, she have to go and open her own account to get the money. They are quick to take your money but when it come to pay out there is always a story. There is millions of couples that have only one account but be aware if you take a policy with Alexander Forbes you will have to open your own account. BAD SERVICE. I hope they phone me to here my frustration.
