Every time I log a complaint I get a phone call from FNB staff telling me they going to sort it out, 4 months have gone by! This complaint has gone threw feather brook branch, clear waters branch, Constantia kloof and head office and surprise surprise they don't follow it threw nor do they care
FNB Took R120 000 from my business account, cause there was apparently on the credit card machines, with out informing me that my account is going to be frozen, with out training, and to top it off they tell me they going to debit R35000.00 then they saw I had more and Took EVERYTHING I had
