Grossly Shocked and Offended beyond thought

I received a call from the Credit Card department today offering me a credit card upgrade only to find out that after 15 min in the telephonic conversation i was regrettably informed that the consultant had contacted the wrong person and that I had not qualified for the service offered, how many lashes of horrific service must I get from this Bank before I start to enjoy banking with it, I don't even have enough fingers and toes to count the horrible experiences I have had, strangely after closing my last FNB account yesterday moving all funds to this bank I once again am let down.

What a shock of my life I got 15 min into a conversation that I had been mistaken for my own Father, which means had the mistake not been realized I would have given authority to issue a Credit Card to be delivered without me even having authority on his bank accounts whatsoever, Our names are not even the same at all so one would not even mistaken one for the other yet when the whole confirmation proceed of details happened my name was been quoted TOTAL BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY.

When will I even get to enjoy banking with this bank i wonder if i have an invisible sticker that says BAD SERVICE.
