I have a credit card from Standard Bank and to my amazement a limit means nothing. Standard Bank let me go over my limit. I have x amount of credit and called the call centre to ask that this never happens again. I still have NO feedback.
I also queried whether Standard Bank is giving out my details. I have received letters offering me accounts and there is a spelling mistake on my address with Standard Bank. Ironically these accounts have the same mistake.
I would like an explanation for this OR I would like to know which database Standard Bank got my details from in the first place.
