MY ACCOUNT DEBITED BEFORE PAY DAY - FRUSTRATED

I have been taken to and fro by FNB, I have bond with FNB, and my salary date is 25 of every month, and they have debited my account on the 20 March 2013 without my knowledge and I have been calling since this morning with no answer and. I was given a number to call which is 087 311 6807 (Patricia Themba) and when you call this number is on voice mail. They money which I have on my account was meant for my commitments and now I am stuck and I still can't get through to FNB. The way they are so desperate for the money they can't even wait to debit my account - 21 is public holiday but 22 is not a public holiday, even 25 March is not even on the Saturday or Sunday. Frustrated - I am taking this matter forward because this is not acceptable - Imagine if there was not money in my account - It was going to have serious impact on my record. This is breach of contract
