I called Oneplan regarding my issues with my policy that i have with them which i was angry at the service i got, but their Agent Themelihle Mlambo made me to understand my terms and i was very pleased with her excellent service, which made my day an excellent one and now i can even recommend my friends and family to use Oneplan because the offer the best medical plan service.
