I had queried a premium deduction that was incorrect, I had prevously queried this and the reply I got was "do not worry someone will call you back" and nothing happened. I called this morning and Lucy took the trouble of finding out what exactly happened and sent me a form to claim my refund with in 3 minutes. That is what I call excellent customer service.
On the whole, however I had excellent service from Phindile and Rene Olivier during my husband's illness and death. I will strongly recommend Oneplan to all my colleagues, friends and relatives.
