What amazing service from the claims department

I called MiWay today to report a damaged phone.
I got through to Kholeka.
She took all the information, as any person in her position would, but what really impressed me, is that twice the call dropped signal and within seconds, she returned my call to finalise the claim.

My claim for the damaged phone has been settled already (what feels like MINUTES today)

From acknowledging my emails and attachments, to calling me informing me that the claim has already been settled.
