HELP ME FOR THE THIRD TIME

Hi

I phoned FNB about my Iphone 5, and they told me that I should wait for the courriers to call and what not.
Really?
They said the courriers will call me Friday? It's Monday?
So I'll tell you what going to happen now. They are going to call me Wednesday and deliver then the phone maybe next week?
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. IF I HAD APPLIED WITH ANY OTHER PLACE WOULD HAVE HAD THE PHONE SAME DAY.
This is now my 3rd complaint against FNB, and their useless services, if u give a client a deadline of two weeks dont make it 4 WEEKS!

I am very upset and i cannot believe that service can be so useless, from a bank none the less. CAN ANYONE PLEASE DO THEIR JOB AND CONTACT ME BACK???
