Trying to get a loan

Hello,

I am trying to apply for a personal loan.

Applying at my local branch is a waste of time waiting for a consultant as I only have an hour lunch break.
Most of this time is spent waiting for a consultant.

I tryed the personal loan number as advertised. This number did not work on my phone so I called the help line.

The help line put me through to 0860548523 I was then put through 0860439770. After an hour on hold was hung up on.

So far this has just neeb a huge waste of my time. please assist.
